The founder of the analytical platform Dsight, Arseniy Dabbakh, noted that the growth and profitability of the startup show excellent dynamics. According to him, these projects are usually not enough for investors. In October 2023, VimpelCom acquired 13.21% of Platformcraft. The operator bought a stake to expand the product portfolio of its Beeline cloud structural division and strengthen its position in the cloud solutions market.

Platformcraft LLC was founded in November 2012. According to the Kontur.Focus system, the final owners are VimpelCom and several individuals: Tatyana Aplemakh (17.8%), Nadir Khamzin (17.73%), Alexey Ogorodnikov (13.02% ), Natalia Tsvetkova (11.34%), Vasily Klyuev (5.21%).

The revenue of the LLC at the end of 2022 reached almost 94 million rubles against 28 million in 2021, the net profit almost doubled, up to 27 million rubles.
