Demand for personal data lawyers has multiplied by 1.5

In Russia in 2024, the demand for lawyers in the field of personal data will increase. This is stated in a study by hh.ru and the Moscow Digital School (Ultimate Education) platform.

The number of vacancies published in January 2024 increased by 147% compared to January 2023. Legal specialists working with personal data are in greatest demand in Moscow and St. Petersburg.

In 2023, there was a noticeable increase in the number of open vacancies in the regions of Russia. In Tatarstan, the number of vacant positions for personal data lawyers increased by 83%, in Bashkortostan and the Chelyabinsk region – by 80%, and in the Krasnoyarsk Territory – by 67%.
