The Russian online career guidance platform Profilum has replaced its CEO: Nikita Nechaev, originally from Delivery Club and the Foodplex holding, has become director.
Nechaev took over as general director on February 13, as follows from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. The company confirmed these changes and stated that Nechaev will replace Rafael Saryan as CEO, who will assume the role of COO.
“Nechaev’s experience in strategic management, implementation of operating models and sales development will increase Profilum’s qualitative and quantitative indicators,” a company representative told RB.RU.
Profilum also added that Nechaev will implement a new strategy that provides for multiple revenue growth, expansion of the company’s existing units and development of new products.
Since 2015, Nechaev has held the position of COO at Delivery Club, responsible for the operational efficiency of the business and working with partners, developing new businesses and transforming the market at Ozon. In 2019 he took over as CEO of the Foodplex holding (part of the Sber ecosystem). As CEO, he led the “Ciudad” mobile app and ecosystem, as well as the blue-collar recruitment service Kweek.
