In addition to high salaries, Russian women value wisdom (31%) and men value youth (29%). 20% of respondents said there are many people working in the IT and oil and gas sectors with qualifications that are important to them. 10% are confident they can find their “soulmate” here, and 7% think men in these professions are attractive in appearance.
