“Magnit” began registering new sellers on its own marketplace “Magnit Market”, which was launched on the basis of KazanExpress, which the retailer acquired last year, the company said in a statement.
Since mid-2022, due to lack of warehouse space, seller registration on KazanExpress has been suspended. Now, due to the launch of a new logistics complex, the process has been resumed.
Sellers who want to enter the market can register on the site; The registration process will take a few minutes.
“Magnit” bought KazanExpress in November 2023 and based on this launched its own marketplace “Magnit Market”. The external design of the KazanExpress application, website, collection points (POI), warehouses and own transport will be changed in the near future.
KazanExpress offers free one-day delivery of orders. Currently, orders are delivered to 122 cities in Russia. KazanExpress’s own collection point network includes more than 500 points. About 12 thousand Russian sellers are represented on the site.
Magnit plans to briefly increase the geography and number of delivery points by opening pick-up points in Magnit stores of all formats.
