Shareholders of the owner of the Mother and Child network approved the redomiciliation of the company from Cyprus to Russia. MD Medical Group is re-registered on Oktyabrsky Island in the Kaliningrad Region.
Shareholders of MD Medical Group, which manages the network of maternal and child medical clinics, approved the company’s redomiciliation to Russia. This is stated in a message published on the website of the information dissemination center.
MD Medical Group is currently registered in Cyprus. After redomiciliation, the company’s “registration” will change to Russia, a special administrative region on Oktyabrsky Island in the Kaliningrad Region. The organization will be renamed MKPAO MD Medical Group Investments.
The authorized capital of MD Medical Group is converted from US dollars to Russian rubles. The composition of the company’s board of directors will remain the same. In addition, MD Medical Group has committed to invest 50 million rubles in Russia within one year of redomiciliation.
