Nubank noted an instability this Wednesday (06) that left the app offline. While customers complained that they could not access the service, those who could access were prevented from making transfers via Pix.
According to Down Detector, problems with the digital bank started around 13.30 pm (Brasília time).
The tracking website found that the hardest-hit cities were Porto Alegre, Curitiba, São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.
