The State Committee of National Security of Kyrgyzstan has included the Russian businessman, owner of the Capital Group Pavel Tyo, on the list of wanted persons. According to the department, the businessman is suspected of financing Kamchy Kolbaev’s organized criminal group (OCG).

As the 24.kg portal writes with reference to the press service of the state committee, after carrying out operational and investigative activities, the special services revealed facts of financing of the organized criminal group by Pavel Cho (known as “Pasha Korean”) .
The audit was carried out based on materials from pre-trial proceedings related to the legalization of the proceeds of crime.
The decision to arrest the businessman in absentia was made by the Oktyabrsky Court of Bishkek, and Tyo was included in the list of wanted persons. Preparations are currently underway to include the Russian businessman on the international wanted list.
In 2021, US intelligence services added the founder of the organized criminal group Kamchy Kolbaev to the list of the world’s largest drug traffickers. As indicated by the US Treasury Department, Kolbaev was a member of the international criminal group “Brotherly Circle.” He was shot on October 4, 2023 during a special operation by the State Committee for National Security.
Pavel Tyo became a shareholder of the Capital group created by Vladislav Doronin in 1993. His first development project was the IBM office on Ozerkovskaya embankment.
