Ruform LLC, founder of Rutube, filed a lawsuit against the company of the same name Ruform LLC from Nizhny Novgorod, as follows from the file of arbitration cases.

Details of the case do not appear on the card. Rutube’s press service told RB.RU that “this is a standard lawsuit to protect the exclusive rights of a brand.”
The main activity of Ruform LLC from Nizhny Novgorod is, according to the Kontur.Focus system, “non-specialized wholesale trade.” The company was founded in June 2023 and its director and sole owner is Ekaterina Kochetova. There is no information about the financial situation on the company card.
Ruform LLC, the founder of Russian video hosting Rutube, was founded in October 2012. It is a 100% subsidiary of GPM Projects LLC.
The case will be heard at the Arbitration Court of the Nizhny Novgorod region on May 13.
