The Russian subsidiary of the online hotel reservation service Booking.com has replaced its general director. Booking.com itself stopped working for Russians on March 5, 2022.

Since March 15, 2024, Booking.com Russia LLC is headed by Anna Filatova, as follows from the data of the Kontur.Focus system. She is also general director of LLC “Konnov and Sozanovsky” Law Company. RB.RU sent a request to this company, but at the time of publication had not received a response.

Since October 2022, the company has been headed by Yulia Lupanova, and before her, since May 2017, by Alexey Matushkin.

Booking.com Russia LLC is 98.9% owned by the Dutch Booking.Com International BV, another 1.1% is owned by Booking.Com Limited in the United Kingdom.

The company’s revenue in Russia at the end of 2022 (latest available data) amounted to 399.5 million rubles (625.5 million in 2021), net profit – almost 77 million rubles against 289 million in 2021.

The Booking.com service suspended its operations in Russia at the beginning of March 2022. After this, it became impossible to book accommodation located in the Russian Federation through it.
