Dodo Brands announced the launch of a share buyback program in 2024. The company announced this on its Telegram channel.

The buyback program is estimated at 300 million rubles: Dodo Brands intends to purchase up to 100 thousand shares at 3 thousand rubles each. The minimum order size is 50 shares. If demand exceeds expectations, requests will be partially satisfied.

Refund is only possible for residents of the Russian Federation according to the interpretation of federal monetary legislation, the company clarified. In other cases, Dodo cannot guarantee the possibility of a refund.

When paying the transaction, the company will retain 18 thousand rubles for the registration fee of the corporate secretary. The company will also withhold personal income tax if the seller is a natural person.
