In 2023, the demand for specialists to work in the markets was 2.3 times higher than in 2022. This follows from the results of a study conducted by Avito Works and the My Business service.
The list of the most in-demand specialists is headed by marketing specialists: their demand has increased 3.5 times year on year. The number of vacant positions for project managers increased by 2.3 and for account managers and designers by 2.1.
With the increase in the number of vacancies, the average salary offered increased by only 2%. Marketing specialists are ready to pay an average of 46.4 thousand rubles per month, project managers – 54 thousand rubles, customer service managers – 40.4 thousand rubles.
