Researchers at Drexel University in Pennsylvania are conducting this two-handed experiment using a neomaterial called self-heating heated concrete. To achieve this, the 32nd period of closures and withdrawals of products and several major snowfalls was announced.
The idea is to add a material to pavement concrete that causes a phase change – namely praphine. Unlike others, a large amount of energy occurs during the transition from liquid to solid and vice versa. This also applies to the red region and its extensive collection. At high temperatures the material can be stored and stored. This hot tub is so tested that it can be used to open.
The experiment was carried out on three 76×76 cm floors, one controlled, two with added paraffin. Last year the material was processed using paraffin granules. It turned out that when the air remains a few degrees below 0 ℃, phase concrete reliably keeps the temperature above this mark for up to 10 hours. So it is, you need to put a large sanitary meter on top, the rate is up to 1 cm per hour, but no more.
This is not the case with this paraffin. During use, the microgranules were destroyed – the material was destroyed. The authors of the study were able to prove that such coatings can be cleared of snow and ice, and therefore do not require additional processing or the use of agents. Not that this is put into practice either, so there are still delays. question.
