Investment group Tiltech JSC optimized the structure of Tiltech Capital LLC and transferred 80% of the company to its CEO Ilya Kobyakov. Changes to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities were made on March 21, 2024, RB.RU noted.

Before optimization, ownership shares were distributed as follows: 20% – Ilya Kobyakov, 80% – Tiltech JSC. Since March 21, 100% belongs to Kobyakov.

A representative of the fund told RB.RU that “practically nothing has changed, the structure has been optimized and made transparent. “Tiltech Capital LLC is the managing partner of DIT Tiltech Capital. In fact, we have fulfilled this role since 2019,” he noted.

  • Tiltech was created in 2016 by the founder of Vkusvilla, Andrei Krivenko, the co-owner of the seafood supplier Agama Group of Companies, Yuri Alasheev, and the director of the Khimrar medical center, Andrei Ivashchenko. Includes several funds: TealTech Capital, 3Streams, ISLA, Startech.Partners.
  • TealTech Capital is a Russian investment fund founded in 2017 with the participation of Agama, Vkusville and Khimrar. The fund is an investor in clinic chain Fomina, clinic chain DocMed/DocDeti/DocDent, designer jewelry retailer Poison Drop, sleep products brand Blue Sleep and recycling operator Ubirator.

According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Tiltech Capital LLC’s income in 2022 amounted to 35 million rubles, the net loss was 154.9 million rubles, and the share capital was negative 307.4 million rubles.

In 2024, TealTech Capital invested in Russian women’s clothing brand Charmstore and also became a co-owner of integrated vertical furniture retailer Divan.ru.
