Apple has developed a solution that can update iPhones without having to unbox them. Reported in the bulletin Open written by analyst Bloomberg Mark Gurman registered vehicle named ‘Presto’ allows software updates even before the mobile phone is sold.

The journalist states that Apple is preparing to implement the new feature in Apple Stores in the United States. The mechanism will make it possible for the iOS of mobile phones stored in stock at a store to be updated to the latest version without breaking any seals on the box.

According to Gurman, Presto tool uses wireless charging support (MagSafe) to keep your phone powered and transmits the update wirelessly. After the update, the device turns off again.
