The Chernogolovka group of companies bought the Cereals for Breakfast company, which produces food products under the Matti and Bigstar brands. The company told TASS about it.

The transaction amount has not been disclosed; will strengthen Chernogolovka’s position in the breakfast cereal segment.

“Breakfast Cereals” products are sold in most regions of Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Belarus, and also partially in China.

Previously, Chernogolovka bought the Russian food products company Kraft Heinz. In 2023, the company purchased the assets of American Kelloggs.
