Yandex Taxi will refund passengers the full cost of taxi trips in cases of forced mass evacuation from areas of emergencies or disasters. The service will be in a country where city authorities will determine the evacuation zone and time and automatically return money to everyone who used a taxi to eliminate the dangerous area.

Yandex will return the money at its own expense; this will not affect the drivers’ earnings in any way. The money will be received within three days: either to the card with which the trip was paid, or with a promotional code if the payment was in cash.
