Kama Flow has sold part of its stake in the Russian computer equipment manufacturer Bitblaze. The transaction was carried out with an estimated enterprise value of 500 million rubles. In addition, the founder and CEO of Bitblaze, Maxim Koposov, sold part of his stake, and a new participant entered the capital of the company – the owner of Springboard Ventures, businessman Svyatoslav Kapustin.

The investment company Kama Flow sold part of its stake in the manufacturer of laptops, servers and other computer equipment Bitblaze. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed, Bitblaze estimated it at 500 million rubles, a Kama Flow representative told RB.RU.
“We see that in current realities, technology teams backed by qualified venture capital can quickly become flagships of technological sovereignty. Therefore, Kama Flow continues to actively work in the Russian technology market, carrying out new transactions and exits,” noted Kama Flow partner Eduard Adamyan.
In addition, its founder and CEO, Maxim Koposov, sold 5% of his stake in the company. The shares of the fund and Koposov were acquired by the owner of Springboard Ventures, businessman Svyatoslav Kapustin.
Kapustin, in particular, owns 70% of the Research Center for Digital Technologies, of which 35% belongs to Elbrus LLC, a developer of software and hardware systems based on Elbrus processors. The founder of Elbrus is the microelectronics design center MCST.
At the moment, the key founders of Bitblaze are Koposov with a 74% stake, Kapustin – 10%, Adamyan – 10%, said a representative of Kama Flow.
Bitblaze is managed by Promobit LLC, registered in Omsk. At the end of 2022, the company achieved revenue of 99.4 million rubles with a net profit of 35 million rubles.
