Sber has opened applications for a program for the purchase of housing that meets the green building standard: it is called “Green Mortgage”.

Sber announced the launch of Hipoteca Verde

Join

The program allows customers to buy an apartment in a new building with energy efficiency class A, A+, A++ and reduce the mortgage rate by 0.3 percentage points (pp), Sber said in a statement.

You can apply for such a loan both at the branches of a credit institution and online.

How to understand that a residential complex participates in the program

  • Homes that meet the program criteria are marked in the search results on the Domklik website with the “Green Mortgage” icon.
  • Developers whose residential complexes correspond to the highest energy efficiency classes will participate in the program: A, A+, A++. The class is indicated in the design statement of the house. The higher the class, the less energy the house consumes and the greater the savings on payment for housing and communal services.

How to get a “Green Mortgage”

  • You must select a property with the “Green Mortgage” icon and submit an application to Domklik or at a bank branch.
  • Discount 0.3 pp will be applied automatically throughout the loan term.
  • Information about the discount on the rate is displayed during the preparation of the transaction in your personal account at Domklik in the Mortgage Conditions (Rate section).

Loan conditions under the program:

  • Duration: from 12 to 360 months;
  • Amount: from 300 thousand to 100 million rubles;
  • Down payment: from 15.1% of the property value.

The Green Mortgage discount does not apply to mortgage programs with state support.
