“The acquisition of Obed.ru strengthens the company’s position in the technological segments of corporate catering and restaurant delivery and, most importantly, provides access to a popular and technologically advanced service,” the company said in a statement.
- “Obed.ru” is a free platform for users that allows you to organize meals for employees. The company has been operating on the market since 2004 and is one of the oldest food delivery services in Russia and one of the first domestic aggregators.
- Currently, Obed.ru, according to its own data, works with 700 companies throughout the country, including: SKB Kontur, JSC Glonass, SuperJob, Joom, Fabrikant and others. Companies integrate Obed.ru into their accounting systems and connect a convenient method of service for employees: sales, delivery of lunches to the office or meal cards that allow you to pay in any of the partner restaurants.
As a result of the transaction, Obed.ru will retain its core team and no personnel changes are planned.
