French insurance holding company BNP Paribas Cardif has sold its Russian subsidiary SK Cardif LLC to a group of investors, including former Post Bank director Dmitry Rudenko. This is demonstrated by the data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.

Information about the new owners appeared in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities on April 4, Interfax noted. Thus, now 40% of the company’s shares belong to Dmitry Rudenko. SK Cardiff manager Konstantin Kozlov took 15%. Additionally, Alla Vainilavichute, Sergei Kiselev, Dmitry Rudash, Vladimir Tarkhanov and Ruben Ruben Saghatelyan each scored 9%.
The company began trading in 2007. SK Cardiff specializes in banking and credit insurance.
The company provides services through a network of external partners: insurance brokers, banks, dealer holding companies and automobile manufacturers.
The authorized capital of SK Cardiff LLC is 300 million rubles.
