When the user sees a missed call from an unknown number and wants to understand who is calling before calling back, or deliberately misses a non-contact call, he can do this directly from the call list. The database of numbers indexed by Google identifies the caller even if the caller is not on your list. But these will only be official company numbers indexed by Google and entered into the appropriate database.

But if the call comes from a private person – this is where the limitations of this function come into play – Google’s database will not identify the caller. Then the search button comes to the rescue, when clicked, a list of applications for searching for numbers on Google appears. In the panel below the call list there will be a button to activate the Search function, with which the user can try to find the number in the Google search engine.
