Moreover, Telegram achieved positive cash flow in the first quarter of 2024 and is on track to become profitable as early as 2024. This reinforces messenger’s position as an independent company whose priority is users.
“When we founded Telegram 12 years ago, we believed that people were inherently intelligent. Smart people will always choose the freedom and quality of Telegram over the limitations and mediocrity of outdated apps. Apparently we were right,” Pavel Durov remarked.
