MTS allowed customers to come to its street format stores with pets. There are no restrictions regarding the size of the quadrupeds. These points are decorated with special stickers that say “You can visit us with pets.” This was reported to RB.RU by the company’s press service.

The Pet-friendly concept extends to 1.5 thousand MTS points of sale in almost all regions of Russia. The company launched a pilot project to equip stores with freshwater bowls. So far it operates in 27 locations in Moscow and Saint Petersburg. MTS intends to further develop this area.
