MTS announced the launch of its own corporate messenger “MTS Link Chats”. The company Webinar Technologies, owned by MTS, completed testing of the product and made the messenger available to the public, the MTS press service reported.

MTS announced plans to launch its own corporate messenger on the market at the end of 2023. In the fall, the company launched beta testing and to date the service has been tested by 113 large companies.
Main functionality of MTS Link Chats
- Personal and group chats;
- channels;
- threads;
- the ability to edit sent messages;
- the ability to set reactions using emoji;
- possibility of changing status;
- file sharing;
- push notifications.
MTS Link Chats Features for Administrators
- access to creating your own workspace to interact with users in the “Organization” section;
- Manage access and all workspace settings.
Features coming in the future
- The AI assistant will be able to summarize extensive correspondence;
- temporary chats (“tracks”) for specific tasks.
As the company clarified, the new messenger is part of the MTS Link UCaaS platform, so when creating it, the developers paid special attention to integration with other elements of the ecosystem. Therefore, users of MTS Link services have access to the messenger via SSO, single sign-on technology.
A number of new features will be introduced by the end of the year, such as integration with SIEM and Active Directory systems. Companies will also be able to deploy the solution on their own (local) servers. The developers plan to integrate the product with the Boards service.
