Alfa-Bank, AlfaStrakhovanie and VimpelCom (Beeline brand) registered a common subsidiary on April 16 – Coalition Loyalty Program LLC (KPL), according to data from the Kontur.Focus system.

The ownership shares are distributed as follows: 50% for VimpelCom, 40% for Alfa-Bank and 10% for AlfaStrakhovanie.
“The company intends to become the basis of our new joint project, which we will talk about in more detail later,” said a representative of AlfaStrakhovanie (cited by Vedomosti).
The authorized capital of the new LLC is 10 million rubles, and Andrey Pisarev has become general director. His namesake holds the position of director of customer service at the X5 Group (also part of the Alfa Group).
A representative for the retailer told the newspaper that the employee continues to work for the company.
The company will engage in consulting activities and work in the field of information technology, according to data from Kontur.Focus.
Other areas of the LLC include auxiliary activities in the field of financial services, acceptance of payments from individuals by paying agents, consulting on commercial activities and management.
One of Vedomosti’s interlocutors said that within the three companies “over the past year, plans were discussed to comprehensively combine loyalty programs into a single service.” However, the source does not know for sure whether the new registered legal entity is related to the creation of a unified loyalty service.
