The results of benchmarking the new product with its Apple analogue appeared in Geekbench 6. Testing shows that Qualcomm’s newest chip continues to outperform the Apple M3, but still lags behind the company’s top chipsets.
The results show that Snapdragon X Elite scored 2714 points in the single-core test and 14078 points in the multi-core test. Qualcomm’s latest chip is 16% faster in multi-core performance and 12.5% slower in single-core performance compared to the Apple M3.
It’s worth considering that the Snapdragon X Elite has eight powerful cores, while the M3 has only four cores.
Qualcomm is actively benchmarking multi-core performance, because here the Snapdragon X Elite is clearly more powerful. No comparisons have been made with the M3 Pro yet, but the result is already predictable.
