The founder and CEO of the logistics operator SDEK, Leonid Goldort, has found a buyer for his stake in the company. At the end of 2020 he owned 55.44%. The contract has not yet been signed, but one of the conditions is that the buyer is not subject to sanctions. No further details about the transaction have been communicated, Vedomosti writes.

Sovcombank, Tinkoff Bank and AFK Sistema showed interest in the asset. Negotiations for the purchase of the founder’s stake were actively carried out by a subsidiary of the X5 group, the 5post delivery service, which valued the company at 30-35 billion rubles; Based on this, the value of Goldort’s share could be 16.6-19.4 billion rubles.
The rest estimated the SDEK more modestly: between 20 billion and 25 billion rubles, and the value of the CEO’s share between 11 billion and 13 billion rubles.
Leonid Goldort has been the owner of SDEK since its founding in 2000. His plans to sell his share in connection with emigration to Israel became known in November 2023.
Other co-owners, Vyacheslav Piksaev (37% as of July 2023), Inna Yakovleva (6.5% as of July 2023), Evgeniy Tsatsura (1% as of October 2020), do not plan to sell shares.
