Images published on Chinese social network Weibo show the design of the device, which is expected to be released this month.
The Vivo X100s is said to have a flat display, unlike its predecessor, the Vivo X100, which had a curved OLED display.
The published photos show that the smartphone has flat edges and has a round camera with three modules and the Zeiss logo. There is a vertical LED flash in the upper right corner of the rear panel.
It is also expected that Vivo X100s will be one of the first smartphones with the new MediaTek Dimensity 9300 Plus processor, which will be introduced at the MediaTek Dimensity Developers Conference (MDDC) to be held in China on May 7.
This chip is an improved version of the Dimensity 9300 used in previous models of the series.
