The Russian government is considering the possibility of using funds from the sale of shares of Yandex and Ozon to support electronics manufacturers. The unavailability of suitable loans due to lack of financing has made the situation difficult for technology developers.
According to the government decree, low-interest concessional loans were provided to electronics manufacturers. But due to lack of funds for this, banks stopped issuing such loans.
The government is also considering increasing taxes on the sale of foreign assets, which could provide significant resources to the budget.
