Two Yandex services were included in the register of information dissemination organizers. Yandex Pay and Yandex Split must now share user data with authorities.

Roskomnadzor added two Yandex services to the register of information dissemination organizers. This is demonstrated by the registry data.
Being on the registry obliges Yandex Pay and Yandex Split to store user data according to the Yarovaya Law for six months and share it with authorities upon request.
Since March 2024, organizers of information dissemination are obliged, among other things, to store user data on payment methods and geolocation.
In May 2024, Yandex Bank and Yandex Plus were included in the registry. At the beginning of May of this year, the registry had 400 entries.
