HP’s Russian division, Hewlett Packard Enterprise LLC (HPE), filed an appeal against the decision of the Moscow Arbitration Court to pay 1.4 billion rubles to the Russian computer equipment distributor OCS Distrubution. The company was dedicated to the sale of servers and cloud solutions.
The details of the case are unknown because it was handled behind closed doors, Vedomosti writes.
According to Denis Kuskov, CEO of Telecom Daily, the essence of the claim may be that HPE failed to supply the server equipment and storage systems that OCS was going to install for its corporate clients.
Experts do not rule out that the parties reach a conciliation agreement.
