“ECOM+” is a platform for small and micro businesses that operates both in markets and social networks, as well as in offline stores.
The service automatically selects a product category, suggests necessary features, and processes incoming orders according to motherplaces rules. EKOM+ will also maintain detailed product records.
Functional “ECOM+” of the Russian Post
With the help of the new service, sellers will be able to manage orders and logistics on multiple sites at once. The functionality allows you to track and monitor inventory balances and view order status on different trading platforms.
In the future, ECOM+ will add options to automatically create product cards. In this case, the card can be transferred from another market.
Some marketplaces and delivery services have already connected to the platform. In the initial phase of the project, access to ECOM+ will be free.
At the beginning of this spring, the first self-service zones appeared in Russian Post branches. This option allows you to considerably reduce waiting and service time.
