Previously, the European Union had asked Russia to cancel the transfer of Russian assets from Ariston and Bosch to the Gazprom subsidiary. The European External Action Service considered this step a violation of international law.

Gazprom Household Systems specializes in the production of gas stoves and components for gas equipment. At the end of 2023, the company’s revenue amounted to 6 billion rubles.

BSH Household Appliances, a legal entity that managed the Bosch business, was created in 1994 and is registered in Peterhof. The company itself is located in Strelna.

Previously, the same “daughter” of Gazprom received the structure of the Italian water heater manufacturer Ariston Thermo Rus LLC under its leadership.

As follows from SPARK-Interfax data, Ariston Thermo Rus was registered in Vsevolozhsk in 2002. The plant’s revenue at the end of 2022 amounted to 9.1 billion rubles. At the end of last year, the company achieved comparable revenue figures – 9.4 billion rubles.

Russian “subsidiaries” of companies that decided to leave the market due to the entry of the Russian Armed Forces into the territory of Ukraine were transferred to the Gazprom structure on the basis of a decree of the President of the Russian Federation.
