Most business executives (92%) are positive about using AI technologies in their work. They note that tasks began to be completed faster, employees had more time for other projects, and the company’s profits also increased. This is stated in a study by the online panel Anketolog.ru; RB.RU reviewed the survey results.

62% of respondents consider that the advantage of AI is work optimization, 60%, greater speed, cost reduction, 39% and the availability of technology, 32%.
Most often, AI is used to respond to customers in chatbots, generate texts and images, and analyze data. The top 3 trading assistants included ChatGPT, Capcut, and Midjourney.
Among the shortcomings, managers pointed to dependence on technology, threats to data security, a formulaic approach and a lack of emotion.
The survey was conducted from May 13 to 20 and included 700 managers whose employees use artificial intelligence technologies in their work.
