WhatsApp has a new beta version for Android that includes an unprecedented feature in the experimental phase. The news appeared on the site WABetaInfo In the 2.24.11.16 app update.
The function in question is a new button for response and another button for response directly in the player WhatsApp videos and photos. Emoji-shaped icon and “Reply” button (or “Reply” in the Portuguese version of the app) below the timeline of the video or image displayed.
This addition makes it easier for users to interact with videos, GIFs, and photos uploaded by others. Once the buttons are implemented, you will no longer need to leave the content and look for the reaction or direct reply icon.
Also, according to WABetaInfo, the shortcut buttons in the WhatsApp media player are still undergoing testing and adjustments. This means that they are only available to a select group of users and their visibility can gradually be expanded to more people.
