On May 20, the Arbitration Court of the Nizhny Novgorod region decided to recover 34.4 million rubles from the Uspenskoye agricultural holding in favor of the Impact Capital investment company for failure to fulfill obligations under the loan agreement. Uspenskoye is an Impact Capital portfolio project since 2022.

According to the case materials reviewed by RB.RU, the total amount in favor of the investment company consists of the loan amount from Impact Capital in the amount of 16.8 million rubles, interest for its use – 8, 6 million rubles, fines for late loan repayment – 6.9 million rubles, penalties for late payment of interest – 2.1 million rubles.
Impact Capital went to court for this case in October 2023 with a demand for recovery of 24.7 million rubles, the meeting was postponed several times. In the operative part of the court decision of May 20, the total amount in favor of the investment company exceeded 34 million rubles.
Agroholding “Uspenskoe” is a portfolio project of “Impact Capital”. The company card on the investment company’s website indicates that Uspenskoye is located in the south of the Nizhny Novgorod region and has a land bank of more than 6,000 hectares.
“Impact Capital” reports on its website that “the agricultural holding stands out among others for its investment attractiveness” due to increased productivity and ownership of a base with a railway track; demand for products that exceed production capacity; the potential to expand the land bank to at least 10 thousand hectares; lack of competition within a 200 km radius and other factors.
Impact Capital invested 40 million rubles in the agricultural holding in exchange for a 10% stake in February 2022. The company was reportedly valued at 600 million rubles.
- According to the Kontur.Focus system, as of January 11, 2023 (latest available data), Impact Capital JSC already owns 9% of Uspenskoye LLC, the rest is distributed among individuals: 55% belongs to Roman Didenko, 18.5 % – Oleg Kalashnik, 15% – Maxim Sitnikov, 1.5% – Alexander Kalashnik, 1% – Vitaly Khodorchenko.
- The company’s short-term debt obligations in 2023 exceeded revenue and amounted to 135.6 million rubles. The company’s revenue at the end of 2023 decreased by 3% compared to 2022 (from 85.2 million rubles to 82.4 million rubles). At the same time, the company doubled its net profit year-on-year to 309 thousand rubles.
- Nizhny Novgorod LLC “Uspenskoye” was registered in September 2016. According to the list of registered activities, the company is engaged in the cultivation of grain, livestock, earthworms and provides services in the field of agricultural production. The company has 7 valid certificates for cereals and oilseeds.
