HMD Aura has a 6.56 inch HD+ IPS LCD display with a resolution of 900×1600. Unlike its Pulse Pro counterpart, it offers a screen with a more traditional 16:9 aspect ratio.

Under the hood, the Aura is powered by a 28nm Unisoc SC9863A1 chipset similar to the one found in the Nokia C31. It is equipped with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, which is enough for daily tasks like browsing and online streaming. In GeekBench 6, the processor scored around 160 (single-core) and 725 (multi-core).

Aura, which has a 5,000mAh battery, supports 10W charging via USB-C. There is also a 3.5 mm headphone jack.

The back of the phone has a 13MP primary camera with a secondary lens for depth. On the front, there is a 5 MP selfie camera.

HMD Aura comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. It runs the latest Android 13 version out of the box.
