However, 15% of users stated that they would not use the service if it did not have a mobile application. The majority of respondents (36%) do not think the form of service delivery (via an app or web version) is important. However, 28% prefer to use mobile apps, while 21% prefer web versions only.

Interestingly, only 4% of users limit themselves to the time they spend on mobile apps. The survey among 54,928 Internet users revealed Russian users’ current preferences in mobile applications.
