21% of manufacturing company executives are willing to hire more than half of candidates without relevant work experience. This trend indicates a growing shortage of personnel, according to analysts at the human resources holding company Ventra, reading the results of the RB.RU study.

Because of this, companies have to increase the adaptation period for new employees by an average of one month: spending more time on training becomes more profitable than losing an employee, even an inexperienced one.
Another 38% of managers are ready to give in to future employees on other demands: 32% of employers agree to extend age restrictions, 18% of companies are happy with the lack of knowledge of the Russian language and 12% are willing to turn around. turn a blind eye to applicants’ criminal records.
Another 41% of respondents are considering allocating additional funds to fill vacancies more quickly. One in five manufacturing companies, for example, budgets for the relocation of specialists from other regions, and another 35% plan to form such a budget in 2024.
77% of respondents reported an increase in employee income. In 37% of industries, salaries increased more than 10%, taking into account compensation and bonuses. In almost one in five companies, employee income increased by 5% to 10%, and in 12% of cases, specialist income increased by up to 5%.
320 Russian companies from manufacturing industries participated in the study, including food and household chemicals, mining and manufacturing, metallurgy, construction materials, pharmaceuticals and medical equipment. Companies specializing in the production of household appliances and electronics, chemicals and automotive components were also surveyed.
