“The CDEK application is operational. Send documents and cargo, track the movement of the package and create a route to a convenient pickup point,” the company said in a statement.
For the app to work properly, SDEK recommends disabling the VPN and, if any errors are detected, signing out of your account and restarting the app.
RB.RU editors checked the functionality of the SDEK application: for the first time in several days they were able to log in using their phone number.
A day earlier, the transport company again offered the possibility of tracking packages on the website.
SDEK is gradually restoring its services to operation after a large-scale technical failure on May 26. The company cited a glitch in computing power as the cause of the problem.
On the night of May 28, the international hacker group Head Mare claimed responsibility for disruptions to SDEK’s work. On May 29, the service announced a partial restoration of the site and on May 30 began issuing all packages located at the collection points.
