Russian telecommunications and IT equipment developer Qtech has changed ownership. The new owners of the company were Q Boost LLC and Ekaterina Ermolaeva. This follows from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, noted RB.RU. At the time of publication, the publication was unable to contact company representatives.

For the past five years, the sole owner of Kyutek LLC has been Ivan Shitikov. As of May 31, 2024, 99% of the company belongs to Q Boost LLC, 1% to Ekaterina Ermolaeva.
As evident from the Kontur.Focus system database, Q-Boost was formed in April 2024. Its founder is Olga Telukhova and Ekaterina Ermolaeva is listed as CEO.
Qtech is a Russian developer and manufacturer of IT and telecommunications equipment. The company was founded in 2006 and produces media converters, video panels, mobile devices and much more. Its equipment is included in the registry of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce. Clients include MTS, Beeline, Gazprom, Federal Tax Service, Prosecutor General’s Office, etc.
In 2023, Kyutek LLC’s revenue amounted to 1.9 billion rubles, and net profit – 128 million rubles.
