AvtoVAZ representatives explained that the model was created to demonstrate the technological capabilities of the company, there is no talk of mass production yet. The only electric car that AvtoVAZ plans to launch this year is the e-Largus.
Lada e-Niva Travel is based on Niva Travel and is equipped with an electric motor with a nominal power of 60 kW and a maximum power of 120 kW.
The range is 175 km and the battery capacity is 34 kWh. Charging time from a household outlet is 12 hours, and charging time from a three-phase outlet – 5.5 hours. The car has a leather interior with original trim, unique bumpers and LED headlights.
An AvtoVAZ representative stated that the company is currently monitoring the public’s reaction to this concept.
