The Bank of Russia submitted an application to the Moscow Arbitration Court to bring the insurance company T-Strakhovanie (formerly Tinkoff Insurance) to administrative liability. The amount of claims amounts to 7.7 billion rubles, as follows from the court file, noted Frank Media.

They intend to hold the company administratively liable for carrying out commercial activities without state registration or without a special permit (license).

All Tinkoff products and services operate under new names from June 5, 2024: Tinkoff Bank – T-Bank, Tinkoff Business – T-Business, Tinkoff Insurance – T-Insurance, etc. The name change is a new stage in the development of the brand, TKS Holding reported.
