Wildberries has stopped fining order collection points for customer queues. This is stated on the WB Point telegram channel for the owners of the PVZ market.

“Since March 11, we have been collecting statistics on customer feedback about systematic queues at delivery points. According to the results of three months, we see that the number of comments of this type has decreased,” the message says.

The new queuing fines will no longer apply; Previously issued fines may be challenged. Wildberries will send warnings to collection point owners because “high-quality customer service” is important to the market, WB Point said.

Previously, messages were published on social networks that Wildberries had fined the owners of the collection points with 10 thousand rubles for a queue of seven people.
