Rostelecom announced that it plans to integrate artificial intelligence into the Aurora mobile OS.
The company gave examples of using AI in the operating room: automation of management processes, optimization of data processing, improvement of user experience, and so on. For now, “the project is at the development stage.” For the same reason, the final investments have not been determined.
The experts interviewed disagreed on whose AI would be used: their own or the participation of companies. If Rostelecom will work on this itself, it will take 3-5 years and require about 3 billion rubles.
The most reasonable solution would be to either purchase a ready-made team with best practices, or cooperate with Yandex, Sber and other additional AI developers.
