According to RBC, electronic components supplier Microsan filed a complaint against the HeadHunter service. The company is trying to remove a link with a negative review about itself. The first lawsuit against Dream Job, owned by the company, was filed at the end of March, the second, directly against HeadHunter, at the end of May.

According to the source of the publication, the plaintiff considers the review “defamatory comments.” Currently, there is a review about the company and Microsan’s rating on Dream Job is 4.7 out of 5.

Another RBC interlocutor clarified that Mikrosan previously displayed a rating on the HeadHunter website, but the company hid it.

After that, the standard explanation remained on the page: “The employer has hidden your qualifications, you can see them in Dream Job.” The company insists on eliminating this explanation.

This is not Microsan’s first lawsuit demanding that information about itself be removed. Last November, the company sued the territorial department of Roskomnadzor for the Siberian Federal District and asked to restrict access to information on the review website antijob.net.

The court ruled in favor of Microsan, but in the summer of 2024 the department filed an appeal.
