The use of new sorbents is possible not only in water purification, but also in respirators, gas masks and industrial gas purification systems. The press service of the ministry added that the development includes seven modifications of the carbon absorber, which can be adapted to various tasks using a special technology to activate the absorption centers.
This technology is low-carbon, low-waste and environmentally friendly, making it particularly important. The project is supported by donations from the Krasnoyarsk Regional Science Foundation and the Innovation Promotion Fund.
