There was a glitch in the Telegram messenger. Users’ chats cannot be loaded, the connection to the server is delayed and messages are not sent. Most of the complaints come from Moscow and St. Petersburg.

Telegram messaging service has found another malfunction. This is evidenced by data from special sites for monitoring the correct operation of Internet resources.
According to Downdetector, complaints about Telegram’s malfunctioning are coming mainly from Moscow and St. Petersburg. Users are noticing the inability to load chats and send messages. There are also difficulties when loading media in chats.
As of 21:20 Moscow time, the number of complaints about Downdetector exceeded 500. 31% of complaints came from users in Moscow and the Moscow region.
Telegram has been experiencing regular outages lately, with the latest one being reported on June 6.
