35% of Russian companies encourage competition among their employees. Most of them use material methods of motivation: bonuses, career advancement, additional days off. This is according to a study by the Rabota.ru service, the results of which have been made public by RB.RU.

According to analysts, small and micro-enterprises are more likely to support team competition than large and medium-sized companies. 77% of respondents are convinced that this increases team productivity.
78% of respondents offer bonuses or salary increases for successful “fights” with colleagues, 39% – promotions, 33% – verbal praise or placement on the honor board, 28% encourage employees with gifts, and 17% – days off.
At the same time, in 17% of companies, employees quit because of competition because they cannot cope with the stressful situation. Team relations are deteriorating in 11% of organizations.
More than 400 business representatives from all regions of Russia took part in the study.
